I have to tweak the model a bit, its missing a couple of mm in height and my little feet/hooks are completely wrong. Here's the first rougth draft printed in low quality (super fast) from my local 3d printer (really nice guy!) It still haven't been 3D printed as I'm waiting for my local printer for a quote, but it should fit quite nicely or require little bit of sanding at best.
